You may request a return if:

The product is damaged/defective upon delivery.

The product is incomplete or missing accessories.
⚠️ To qualify, you must notify us within 3 days of delivery with valid proof (clear pictures or unboxing video).

Products damaged by customer misuse, mishandling, or accident.

Items without original packaging, invoice, or warranty card.

Change of mind after purchase.

Software, digital items, or consumables.

Contact our customer service via phone/Facebook page within 3 days of delivery.

Provide order details, product pictures/unboxing video, and reason for return.

Once approved, return the product via courier or in-store drop-off.

After inspection, replacement/refund will be processed.
💰 Refund Policy

Refunds are issued only if replacement is not available.

Refund method: Bkash/Nagad/Bank Transfer within 7–10 working days.

Delivery charges are non-refundable, except when the mistake is from our side.
📦 Exchange Option
