Welcome to Tech Nation BD. By purchasing from us, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

• All products are sold under Tech Nation BD’s official policy.

• We reserve the right to update or change these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

2. Product Authenticity

• We only provide 100% genuine and authentic products from trusted brands.

• Product images may vary slightly due to lighting and display settings, but specifications remain the same.

3. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are listed in BDT (Bangladeshi Taka).

• Prices are subject to change depending on market conditions without prior notice.

• Payment methods: Cash on Delivery (COD), Bkash/Nagad, or Bank Transfer.

• For high-value orders, advance payment may be required.

4. Delivery Policy

• Inside Dhaka: 1–2 working days.

• Outside Dhaka: 2–5 working days.

• Delivery charges apply unless mentioned otherwise (see Delivery Policy).

5. Warranty & Service

• Warranty terms are as per the manufacturer’s policy.

• Warranty does not cover: physical damage, burn, water damage, or misuse.

• Customers must keep the warranty card/invoice for service claims.

6. Returns & Exchanges

• Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery only if:

  • Product is physically damaged upon arrival.

  • Wrong product is delivered.

• Customer must notify us immediately with proper proof (unboxing video/pictures).

• No returns/refunds for change of mind.

7. Liability

• Tech Nation BD is not responsible for any indirect loss, delay, or damage caused by courier companies.

• Customers must check the product during delivery (if possible).

8. Customer Responsibilities

• Provide correct delivery details.

• Ensure proper handling of products after delivery.
